Rishabh Shah, mainly practices in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and occasionally appears before the Hon’ble Karnataka HC, Calcutta HC, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He regularly appears before Tribunals viz. the Debts Recovery Tribunals, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), all located in Mumbai and the National Consumer Disputes’ Redressal Commission, New Delhi. 

He has handled successfully many complex SARFAESI matters, IBC matters, Oppression & Mismanagement cases, and Mergers & Amalgamations, appeals against SEBI Orders, banking cases, etc.   

He has a marked preference for handling commercial litigation, complex commercial disputes involving engineering arbitration, enforcement of contractual rights, etc. He has handled successfully many Testamentary litigation (seeking issuance of Probate, Letters of Administration, etc.) as also Admiralty matters. He has handled over 100 commercial arbitration matters till date and has delivered more than 50 Arbitral Awards.
