Aastha completed her BA LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She completed her LL.M. in __________ from _____________. Currently she is pursuing Emerging Leadership Programme , ISB , Hyderabad.

She has experience of being Organisational Development and Human Resources Lead in Rocket Learning, Bengaluru.

As a social enthusiast, Aastha has founded her own entity, “Us With You”, where Aastha is psychological counselling to people, especially the students. Aastha Saumya comes from a diverse background of law, psychology and management. She specializes in policy making, diversity and inclusion at workplace and industrial psychology. At heart she is nature enthusiast and a Madhubani artist.
