Nivedita has a special achievement of having LL.M. and Company Secretary examination cleared in her maiden attempt. She is also a qualified Trade Mark Agent. Nivedita completed her LL.M. in Innovation, Science, Technology and Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune. Nivedita is a passionate in academics and professional Lecturer at the Pune Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the online and offline academic lectures, programmes and seminars organized by ICSI and is an Expert Faculty at the LL.M. Department of Ismailsaheb Mulla Law College, Satara for subjects of Intellectual Property Rights and International Trade Laws. She is associated as an Expert Faculty at the LL.M. Department of Ismailsaheb Mulla Law College, Satara for subjects of Intellectual Property Rights and International Trade Laws. 

She is a member of the Board of Studies in Business Economics of Dhananjayrao Gadgil College of Commerce, Satara as an Industry Expert as well as in Commerce and Management of Dhananjayrao Gadgil College of Commerce, Satara as Meritorious Alumni. She is Evaluator and Moderator for various subjects for the LL.M. Course at the Law Department of Shivaji University, Kolhapur.  

She has published various papers in the field of IPR, Artificial Intelligence, SEBI, Sexual Harassment and Software Licensing Contracts.
